Rockingsheep

The Rockingsheep is a rocking animal, created mainly as a toy it is also a unique craft piece that will fit into any environment as a multifunctional piece of furniture: a footrest or a stool for watching tv. The Rockingsheep is produced from varnished pinewood and upholstered with rubber foam and sheepskin. The first Rockingsheep was given to Povl Kjer’s niece as a humorous reminder of her parents’ rural origins. Rockingsheep are made in small series to preserve their high quality. They come in black, white, (brown and grey) and their measurements are W: 25 cm, L: 83 cm, H: 60 cm, H of seat ca. 40 cm.

Rockngsheep is part of Crafts Collection CC11 and Rockingsheep is to be found in the exclusive New York design store Takashimaya near Museum of Modern Art, MoMA.
